Who we are.

OUR STORY…

Witschi Construction is a family-owned and operated business with a 30+ year history of transforming clients' dreams into reality. Our journey began in Switzerland, where founder Rudy first discovered his passion for building. Our motto, “Committed to Quality,” reflects our dedication to more than just construction; it guides us daily. We take pride in our work and value our friendships with our clients, which stand as a testament to our respected reputation and success in the industry and our community.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Our pre-construction process has proven to be instrumental in the success of each project.

  • Our approach is both collaborative and proactive. We work closely with architects, designers, and essential trade partners to ensure clear communication on cost analysis, value engineering, building performance, maintenance, and more.

CONSTRUCTION

We provide industry expertise, creativity, and a dedication to clear and transparent collaboration for each project.

  • We will schedule key onsite meetings throughout the building phase to ensure your vision and expectations are clearly communicated and effectively executed.

  • Throughout construction, we will update you regularly on your project, including schedule, budget, forecasts, and client experience check-ins.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

When you complete your home, you will receive a detailed maintenance package to help you with its upkeep, including photos of any underground utilities.

  • We will be sure to provide you with plans, designs, and selections for future reference. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive maintenance package to guide you in caring for your new home for years to come.

  • After you move in, we offer a 1-year warranty for aesthetic materials or craftsmanship and a 10-year structural warranty.

  • We look forward to checking in a few months after you’ve settled in to hear how your new home is serving you and your family. This follow-up also helps us ensure everything performs as designed and intended.
